Disappointing
Spoilt Spa at Smiths的点评
点评：Booked only 2 weeks prior to our wedding. Just myself, my now husband and two if our good friends. Them having availability at such short notice did make me a little uneasy.....and I feel my feelings were not unfounded, sadly.
Before I even get to the hair.....I arrived with my friend, who actually drove us up to the wedding and so had no option but to come with me to my appointment. As soon as I arrived I was asked to pay the balance, which I did. Once this was paid my friend was asked to wait in the hotel reception. Now I can totally understand if the salon was busy but there was only myself and the hairdresser in and seating provided (what for, i don't know). My friend wanted to take photos as I was having my hair done.
Now, as if this wasn't disappointing enough, halfway through my appointment, im guessing it was a bride and her husband from the previous day came in, both stood behind me and proceeded to flick through their photos on their phone to show the hairdresser. I thought this was VERY rude considering she had asked my friend to leave. I'd paid the £70 ( for what I thought) was a very poor hair up, (that my friend could have done much better )so that was my time. I left feeling disappointed and angry and had to adjust my hair to suit but still didn't feel as I should have done on my wedding day.
I left not saying a word because after all, it was my wedding day and I just tried to forget about the poor experience for the next 24 hours.
I therefore can not recommend Spoilt @ Smiths but this was just my experience and I can see others have been happy enough.

我离开时一句话也没说，毕竟这是我的婚礼，我只是在接下来的24小时里努力忘记这段糟糕的经历。
因此，我不推荐Spoilt @ Smiths，但这只是我的经历，我看到其他人也都挺满意的。
