Wellsgreen Golf Range的点评
点评：My both grandsons have just taken up golf but haven't been on the golf course yet so, I'd suggested that they first visit the practice course at Wellsgreen for a practice run.
Before they set off I checked the website, and I saw that it was £6 for juniors which I thought was quite reasonable for a 7 & 14 year old. However, on arrival a the desk my daughter asked for a round for two juniors and was charged for adults which is £18.
On their return back home I asked how they'd gotten on but my daughter explained that it was £18, and that she clearly stated juniors to the person. So, I gave them a call and I explained what had happened. The reason that was given, is its a buttons issue, they've just simply pressed the wrong button, so you press a button it gives you a price for a senior, even though the persons in front of you are visibly junior.
I did ask if it was something to do with training but no, its a buttons issue. So, if in the future you're taking juniors, watch out for buttons charging you incorrectly as a senior.
