Sunj Beach的点评
点评：Sunj beach is a disgrace - the worst example of neglect and profiteering. Tourists drawn here by pictures of a sandy paradise are greeted with something shockingly different. Piles of garbage, broken furniture and discarded building materials litter most of the beach making it almost impossible to find a place to lay a towel. We were there in October, the end of the season. The beach restaurants were closed, so there’s some excuse for the untidy nature of the place, but it was clear that a lot of the rubbish had been there for months, even years.
How is it possible that the cafe owners and local government can allow this kind of wanton neglect on a beach that is the island’s star attraction, and the reason that many people visit Lopud?
There are plenty of local people who are happy to take money off tourists to shuttle them to this beach in golf buggies, but apparently nobody who is willing to help tidy the beach. Where is the pride in your island?
Lopud is a lovely place, but something has gone dreadfully wrong on Sunj beach. It really isn’t worth the walk from the port, and it certainly isn’t worth taking a day trip to Lopud just to visit this beach.
