Car great, communications and therefore safety terrible

点评：Would say it was quite negative experience - all because of the terrible quality sound coming through the helmets. Broken up, crackle sounding. You've got a 20 minute video class where you're expected to learn and get comfortable with driving this machine at 140 mph. The class includes multiple tips you're supposed to memorize - many for safety and some to "maximize fun". Then to put the drivers at ease you are told repeatedly that the "coach" up in the viewing box is "with you the entire way, giving driving advice" as your driving. Well, that only works if you can understand what's being said in the helmet speaker. Regardless of the noise of the engine and wind I, and my wife driving separately, could barely understand what the guy was saying, really added stress and anxiety, totally took away from the experience. Only had about 9 laps in my scheduled time and felt unsafe and like I was "missing out" on most the laps due to being stressed I couldn't understand the guy in the helmet and what he was telling me. Afterwords, found out from multiple employees that "they are working on that issue" from other people saying same thing. Yeah, right.
