Disappointing when it comes to assistance with the disabled.

点评：School field trip like evey year. We came today, on a Wednesday. While school is still in session, so obviously not THAT busy. I have a daughter that is wheelchair bound 100% of the time. I asked if possible to let us just have a couple laps without having to get out, and get her out. They said no, that it would prevent smooth flow of other customers. So instead, everyone had to wait for us. For me to walk an extra 25+ feet every time, while carrying her. Sitting her in a cart, walking her wheelchair away, coming back myself. Ending race. Walking away to get chair, getting her in, while everyone waited.
FYI, wheelchairs don't fit through your entrance.
To tell me that it wouldn't be fair for others, let alone would prevent smooth flow for everyone else is bullsh!t.
Businesses like yours, are the problem with society when it comes to the disabled. Period. Life of a person with a disability shouldn't have to cater to you and your flow. You as a business, need to cater towards your customers, especially those that need assistance. Your management sucks. They would rather hear you, to respond to you, vs listen to you and help.
So, my daughter, on a field trip, Can't reach most arcade machines, and can't navigate your laser tag. Things I made clear to your management. And we are willing to accept those things. But to not go "out of your way" to make things easy for kids, in a buisness for kids, is gross. Bang up job boondocks. All in all, made my daughter feel like she was in everyone else's way, cause everyone had to wait on us. So she ended her fun, because she felt bad for others. Don't ask me what can be done to fix this, or say you are sorry for my experience. I approached you as a teacher, parent, and respectful/paying customer with a concern. You had the opportunity to fix it at that moment. But chose profit.
