点评:We saw the Indy car event in July. The race was great, I have always wanted to see an Indy race so I could check that off. However, all the stories you may have heard about theIowa Speedway being unorganized are absolutely true. Everything was a hot mess, so if you ask 5 employees the same question you will get 5 different answers. They were confused about the general parking, we luckily guessed correct. They were confused, and extremely rude, about the tram to get to the ticket booth (so we walked). They were confused at the ticket booth about which bands you need, so we had to go back a 2nd time. They were confused about the tram to the garage area, so we walked). They were confused about tickets to the after race concert (don’t bother paying for a concert upgrade, they don’t even check tickets or bands so you can upgrade for free). It was just one thing after another, and they were always directing us with bad information. I am glad I saw an Indy race, but do not plan to go back to the Iowa Speedway. I saw similar comments from 5 or 6 years ago, but I incorrectly assumed they would have resolved all those issues by now but they have not.
