Don't be fooled by the high rating. This management is rich in internet points but utterly bankrupt in basic human respect.
The moment we parked, a small puppy ran up to us on its own. Before we could even react, the counter lady started screaming aggressively from afar: "Hey! Hey! Put down my dog!" It was incredibly rude and publicly embarrassing. When we tried to calmly address her attitude, both she and the owner became defensive, hostile, and instantly played the victim.
🚩 The Red Flags:
Terrible Signage: They expect you to follow rules printed on a flimsy piece of A4 paper hidden at the counter where no one in the car park can see it. Spend a few Ringgit on a real entrance sign.
Bad Animal Management: If you are that paranoid about your dog, keep it in a secure area. Don't let it roam freely toward arriving visitors and then bark at customers for interacting with it.
Poor Value & Maintenance: The place is tiny, dirty, and visibly neglected. You are charging an RM10 entrance fee—stop hiding behind "grandma rules" and the excuse of being a "working farm" to justify zero hospitality.
Expecting a management team whose attitude resembles a tong sampah to properly care for animals is a stretch. Save your money. There are far better places in JB where customers are actually treated with dignity. Overall very bad.

糟糕的动物管理:如果你那么担心自己的狗,那就把它放在安全的地方。别让它在游客附近自由走动,然后还因为顾客和它互动就对着它狂吠。
性价比低,维护差:地方又小又脏,明显疏于管理。你们收10令吉的门票——别再拿什么“老奶奶规矩”和“农场”当借口,掩盖你们毫无待客之道了。
指望一个态度像垃圾桶一样的管理团队好好照顾动物,简直是痴人说梦。省省钱吧。新山有很多更好的地方,顾客在那里能得到真正的尊重。总之,非常糟糕。
