It’s hard to put into words just how incredible DD is—it’s truly inspiring.
His knowledge of the country is unparalleled, offering honest and realistic answers to all of our questions.
Not only that, but his extensive network of connections ensures you’ll have the best possible experience no matter where you go. From the start, my girlfriend and I mentioned our love for food and wildlife, and he never forgot. Throughout the two weeks he looked after us, he consistently pointed out wildlife, introduced us to local cuisines, and even arranged small thoughtful surprises along the way.
On Day 2, for example, he pulled over at a fruit stall, invited us to follow him, and arranged a tropical fruit salad with the vendor—his treat!
If you’re fortunate enough to be reading this review, don’t hesitate to book DD to take care of you. He was a huge part of why our time in Sri Lanka was so magical, and we’ve gained a lifelong friend in the process.
