A very sad experience

点评：I suppose if you don’t support animals or birds being caged you shouldn’t visit a zoo. Because the zoo advertises that it is also a rescue centre, we thought it may well be worth supporting. The zoo itself is small and is virtually as advertised, a vertical zoo. Nevertheless it’s a tired affair, the animals and the birds looked very sad, we bought food but there’s already no shortage of food for the animals and birds in their cages and pens. We are from Australia and are surrounded by wildlife. To see a lone kookaburra sitting forlorn in its cage made us very sad. Kookaburra’s for us are the morning chorus. We wished we could have taken him back home to his natural habitat. Enough said, except if you are to keep animals or birds in captivity they should at least have a mate to relieve the boredom. We don’t recommend that you visit this sad place.
