点评:Visited The Jungle Adventure Play (North Lakes) on 26 September and was shocked by the conduct of a manager. After I politely asked not to be called “my friend” and instead addressed as “sir,” she became visibly irritated. On my way out, in front of other staff, she sarcastically said “goodbye friend” with a smirk—clearly mocking me.
When I calmly raised the issue, she dismissed my concern and claimed I “didn’t ask nicely.” This is unacceptable behavior from anyone, let alone a manager who should set the standard for professionalism. It was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely against the venue’s own Code of Conduct and basic customer service principles.
If this is how management treats paying customers, it raises serious questions about the culture and training at this venue. I strongly urge others to think twice before visiting until they address these issues.
