点评:We recently used Mini Cabs for a transfer to Heathrow after doing extensive research to find a taxi service that provides car seats. Unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.
To begin with the taxi was 25 minutes late. I had specifically booked two car seats, clearly stating that one needed to be suitable for our 20 month old. However, the driver showed up with a newborn car seat, which was not a appropriate for either of our children. The driver claimed they did not have booster seats, despite this being part of our booking. On the return journey a booster seat was provided, but once again the second seat was another newborn car seat, showing a complete disregard for the safety needs we communicated.
I sent a complaint email and have had no response. When I phoned up I was laughed at by the staff, which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
I would not recommend this taxi service to anyone especially ones travelling with young children.
The lack of of reliability, safety and basic customer service is appalling.
