Brightwater Lagoon的点评
点评：We went here, and it looked and was amazing! Until we got there and sat down and were immediately told we weren’t aloud in the water because of lighting in the area, I didn’t hear any lighting and the sky was clear but I wasn’t gonna get too upset about it, we ended up being aloud back in and we went on the obstacle course (which was very fun I admit) we went back and got some pizza and went back to our lounge seats, we were then kicked out of our seats because apparently you have to pay 30$ extra to have an umbrella, in the hot sun, with only a couple of trees for shade other than the umbrellas, so we moved, and were told we weren’t aloud in the water again, because of lighting, again I didn’t hear or see anything. At this point everyone at this place was visually pissed off. We had been kicked out of the water about 10 times and we were there for only 3 1/2 hours. So we left, after sitting in the sun for 30 minutes because we weren’t aloud in the water, and we weren’t aloud an umbrella unless we paid extra after we already paid an obscene amount for 2 TICKETS. We then saw that they had a blue sky guarantee! Which I thought wow! Awesome we can come back another day for free. We filled out the survey and never heard back. We feel we definitely wasted our money on this place which sucks because if I’m being honest. It was an awesome place. Just really hard to enjoy it with all the strict rules and nonsense.
