点评：Read reviews and save your money. $55 a person to go to a dirty pool and be around very rude staff.
We got there when they opened. Pool full of sand which you would think would have been cleaned out overnight. If you are old or have a handicap leg issue be careful. The plastic liner is very unsafe until you get out in deeper water.
We brought 3 grandkids ages 15 with. There was a extremely rude worker Jenna at the water slide. She said to my granddaughter you can go now or not in a very snooty voice. Then she said I am never having kids I can't stand them.
Good job Brightwater hiring staff to be with kids all day that come out and say they can't stand them.
Door handle on bathroom falls off in your hand. Chairs are all dirty and full of sand we were there at opening.
You can only bring an empty water bottle in to fill up at drinking fountain. Water taste like you are drinking rust (very gross water). $55 a person you would think they could at least filter the drinking water.
This was a complete waste of almost $300. I will not go back and I will let everyone I know how nice and friendly the staff is (sarcasm).
The staff treats you like they are doing you a favor being there. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.
