点评：I cannot overstate how dishonest this company is.
They will try to defraud you of money for everything from additional insurance, fuel deposit, non existent damage, cleaning, you name it they will do it and as they know you are in a hurry, you pay or miss your flight.
We explained to them that we have over 50 years experience in the financial world and therefore know about scammers. When we collected the vehicle (not the one we ordered and in poor condition, we made sure they understood we would find out who to complain to and upon our return we made a point of collecting a complaints form they have to give you in order to appear to comply with consumer law. Knowing you are from overseas, they do not expect you will ask for the form (you probably don't even know it exists) and if you do, by the time you are home can you be bothered to fill it out ? Well when you let them know the answer is YES, they quickly back down and suddenly everything is in order and you are free to go with no more charges.
We advised another traveller of this when he was returning his vehicle. They started with the usual story about new damage but when he showed them the form, suddenly everything was fine and ;have a nice flight home' !!
