A Wonderful Addition to Our Wedding Day – Beautiful Gardens & Fantastic Service

点评：Due to the fire at St John’s House and Gardens, when we first enquired we weren’t sure whether the gardens would be available for our wedding photos on 1st August 2026. We were therefore delighted when someone contacted us early in 2026 to let us know that the works should be completed in time and that we would be able to use the gardens after all.
From that point onwards, Jade and the team were absolutely lovely throughout all of our communications and couldn’t have been more helpful.
We paid just £80 to hire the gardens, which we felt was exceptional value for money. As we had a large number of guests joining us, we arranged our own hired glassware and dropped this off the day before, along with 20 bottles of champagne and orange juice.
When we arrived on our wedding day, Jade and the team had gone to so much effort for us. They had kept the gardens locked until our arrival so that we could enjoy them privately and had laid out over 100 glasses ready with champagne and orange juice, allowing all of our guests to enjoy a quick celebratory drink while we had some photographs taken. They also very kindly provided tea and coffee.
Our wedding service at Romsey Abbey overran, meaning we arrived later than planned, but this wasn’t a problem at all. They were completely relaxed and accommodating, which was hugely appreciated on such a busy day.
They even offered to wash all of our hired glassware for us so that we could simply collect it on Monday morning – such a thoughtful gesture and one less thing for us to worry about after the wedding!
The gardens themselves are absolutely stunning and provided a beautiful backdrop for our wedding photographs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are so pleased that we were able to include St John’s House and Gardens as part of our wedding day.
For the price we paid, the service, beautiful setting and amount of effort that Jade and the team put in for us was outstanding. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
