点评：Well, where should we start. The love and kindness we experienced through those five days with Svetlana and the maestra Adela can not be described with words.
Four months before we arrived we started to have weekly calls with Svetlana to make sure to be as best prepared for the ceremonies as possible.
The ceremonies were guided by the maestra and Svetlana as a psychologist was always there for support.
All activitys besides the ceremony (hot springs in Santa Teresa, hiking to a waterfall, coffee farming workshop, Yoga) were great and helped us with the integration of the ceremonies.
Even after the retreat Svetlana stays in contact with us and she makes sure that wr are able to integrate our visions into our everyday life.
Overall, we are amazed what can change inside a person with the medicine in the right setting.
Thank you Svetlana for everything and see you until the medicine calls us for the next time. You will always have a special place in our hearts.
