点评：The performance from the artist (SEVENTEEN) was amazing for both days but the arena itself, specifically the bag policy was horrible. As a KPOP fan, the staff needed to do their research on what happens in a kpop concert. Us fans like to pass out freebies before the concert. Because most fans get a lot of stuff, they need a bigger bag like a 8x12. The security guards were rude as well. For me, this one security guard was telling me that my bag was not the size on the second day when I was good with it on the first day. Please keep in mind that they used a cardboard that was way smaller than there supposed policy size to measure it. He had to get his boss to look at it and the boss just looked and said it was ok. Then tell me why I was pulled asiste by the same security guard because the metal detector “went off” when I know it did not. By him doing that, it slowed me and my cousin down to get inside. I was so pissed at this. The arena needs to update their bag policy and hire nicer staff so us concert goers can enjoy the whole experience. I know I am never coming here again.
