点评：‼️‼️‼️Absolutely appalled by the service. My cousin ordered her outfit for a special occasion, and it arrived over a month late. To make matters worse, it was the wrong colour.
There was no accountability whatsoever. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a genuine solution, the communication was poor from start to finish. Messages were ignored, updates were inconsistent, and we were constantly left chasing for answers.
The way my cousin was spoken to was completely unacceptable. The verbal harassment and unprofessional attitude shown by the business made an already stressful situation even worse. No customer should ever be treated with such disrespect.
I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this shop to think twice. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and wasted money. Avoid at all costs. ‼️‼️‼️‼️
