点评:A great museum and a fun place to take photos!
Comparing it to the Neon Museum in Las Vegas, it has much more educational/interpretive content. While the Vegas museum mostly just displays signs, this museum includes plaques detailing when/where each sign is from and sharing a bit about its history. It's also more inclusive about signs of all kinds (e.g., older wooden and metal signs) and displays paraphernalia related to the creation of signs, from calligraphy books to briefcases with neon tube samples. There's also a neonworks on the property, and they had a temporary exhibit on artists' sketches of signs. So I extra recommend it if you're interested in the history/art of sign-making.
We arrived right when it opened on a Sunday, and it wasn't too busy. We did a medium-paced walkthrough in about 1.5 hours, though you could go a lot slower if you're interested in reading all the details. Bonus points for having very nice bathrooms.
