点评：Unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. Before we went into the water we were informed that the current will push us along and there may be a few logs we will need to maneuver around. But, the conditions of the river and the equipment provided were not up to the standards we expected. The ride was extremely rough, and both I and my sister ended up with significant bruises. We followed all safety instructions, but the river seemed poorly maintained, with many fallen trees obstructing the way. The current pushed us along but due to the many trees we got swept into dams that were difficult to get out of. In the process we fell a few times, got bruises, and lost a shoe. We were looking forward to a fun and safe outing, but instead, we left feeling sore and dissatisfied. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your safety measures and equipment maintenance to prevent similar experiences for future guests. Just be truthful and tell customers that the river is filled with trees instead of making it sound simple.
