点评：My daughter was bought a voucher by her auntie to go on the inflatable aqua park. This was for £60 so myself and my husband could go with her. The voucher was valid until November 2022. Admittedly I had missed the small print on the voucher email by my sister-in-law which said the season ended at the end of September and I had focussed on the expiry date of the voucher. I first contacted the wake park on 4/10/22 to look at booking on the aqua park, at which point I found out the aqua park had closed for the year and we would be unable to transfer our voucher. There were a few other activities we could do with our daughter due to her age but there were delays in replies meaning we ran out of time, the park shut, and stopped replying completely. I wrote a letter to the company owner listed on Companies House, but no reply ever received. Just very disappointing for my daughter, and the website doesn't obviously say when it shuts and the voicemail on the phone doesn't mention they are shut. Will try and contact them in the new season, but it seems unlikely they will honour the vouchers. They should have an expiry date of the end of the season, or the 12months should only include season months. I dealt with Bella and she was very inflexible and slow to reply. Not good customer care!
