A beautiful walkway for early morning exercise freaks.

点评：The name 'Marine Drive - Kochi' is a misnomer.
The Uber Taxi Driver insists that the entire stretch of road from the Cochin (COK) airport to the Cochin City Outskirts is the Marine Drive.
However neither was the road adjacent to a marina like in Bombay or Madras or Sydney Bondi Beach nor the banks of the road have sea view.
This review is about the walk way called Marine Drive in Kochi which is parallel and hidden from the main road which is called Marine Drive but which has no marina view.
Kochi seems to be a rather good place to live with friendly residents and beautiful vembanad lake views , cheap ferry service and honest auto / taxi drivers.
The marine drive walk way I am reviewing is not having a marina / sand beach any where in its rather long stretch.
The only sand available at this place seems to be artificial sand being sold in the building material / hardware shops.
Otherwise it is all a long concrete wall to keep out the backwaters.
The place is quiet with a lot of early morning exercise freaks going for a walk / jog.
A few fat ladies were also struggling along the paved walkway burning perhaps the cobbled stones.
The view from the so called marine drive is beautiful and there a number of shops /offices with their butt facing the marine drive walkway. ( the main entrances to the shopping complex / office complex seems to be located on the main road called marine drive).
It is suggested that a few well placed direction / notice boards could be placed at regular intervals and at the boat jetty to let the visitors know of this rather calm and beautiful walkway.

从所谓的滨海大道望出去的景色很美，沿途有很多商店/办公室，它们的后部都面向滨海大道步道。（购物中心/办公楼的主要入口似乎都位于这条名为滨海大道的主干道上）。
建议在步道沿线以及码头附近设置一些醒目的指示牌/告示牌，以便游客了解这条宁静优美的步道。
