Disaster - they didn’t put our names on the ferry list despite us booking 4 months in advance and getting mobile tix

点评：AVOID! Buying the tickets online was easy and received an email confirmation with QR code ticket. HOWEVER, when we checked in at the pier the morning of, they did not have our names on the list for the boat we were assigned on our ticket. The boat we were assigned to managed to get our group seats on 2 separate ferries, but we were the last ones on a completely sold out ferry. We didn’t even get a regular seat. Instead, we sat on a bench (no back, no arm rests, no legroom, nowhere to put our daypacks) by the engine that was used to store cargo, surrounded by boxes of fruit by and under our legs. Cramped, bumpy, super hard seat with no seat back, not covered by the shade, and choking on gas fumes by the noisy engine for 2+ hours. It was miserable. Book somewhere else. Kudo to the gentleman who worked for them at the pier, who made lots of calls to get us reshuffled onto other ferries.
翻译：千万别！网上买票很方便，而且会收到带有二维码门票的邮件确认。然而，当天早上我们到码头办理登船手续时，却发现我们的名字没有出现在我们票上指定乘船的名单上。我们被安排乘坐的那艘船虽然在两艘不同的渡轮上安排了团体座位，但我们是最后一批订满的渡轮上的乘客。我们甚至连普通座位都没有。我们只能坐在发动机旁用来存放货物的长椅上（没有靠背，没有扶手，没有腿部空间，背包也没地方放），腿边和腿下都是一箱箱的水果。座位狭窄、颠簸、超级硬，没有靠背，没有遮阳处，发动机的噪音让我们窒息了两个多小时。真是糟透了。还是另订船吧。感谢在码头工作的那位先生，他打了很多电话帮我们重新安排了其他渡轮。
