Attentive Agent and Incredible Tour

点评：This 2D1N tour of the Komodo islands is one of the best experiences I’ve had in Indonesia if not the world! The sites are stunning and the locals take a lot of pride and care in looking after their national park. I’m so greatly for our agent through Visit Bajo who helped to plan the whole expedition for our group, and was online round the clock for advice, help and organisation on WhatsApp. The customer service was truly excellent. The agent Ardi was able to make sure the trip really met our needs! I would definitely recommend booking through them. He even made sure all of our transactions were processed and sorted beforehand so we could focus on enjoying the trip, unlike some of the other passengers we were with who were struggling to pay park entrance fees without cash on hand.
The excursion itself was fantastic. The boat staff were extremely attentive and caring. Our guide was and excellent photographer (including camera, drone and underwater GoPro) and super friendly, ensuring we had a good experience at every stop. It’s not like some other tours that I’ve been on when travelling where the itinerary ends up feeling very rushed. I was worried this would be the case since I chose the shorter trip option with only 1 night on the boat. The guides gaves us more than enough time to soak up the spectacle of each stop and there was also time to relax on the deck or have a swim inbetween. They also cooked delicious meals on board and had fruit all the time. I would really recommend trip!
