点评：I recently visited the Plaza Premium Lounge in Nairobi and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the facilities are modern and clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food selection was genuinely good with fresh and tasty options.
However, the experience was let down by the rest and comfort aspects. The sleeping area was unfortunately almost impossible to use properly due to constant noise from aircraft outside, which made it very difficult to sleep or fully relax. In addition, while the lounge chairs look comfortable, they were not as relaxing as expected and didn’t provide much support for longer periods.
Overall, it’s a decent lounge for food, service, and short stays, but it falls short if you’re hoping for quiet rest or real comfort during a long layover.
