点评:Worth a visit if you are new to visiting Jerseys military WW2 past. This one is little different from all the others I have visited, apart from the fact it contains, the usual comprehensive local history and artifacts, there is one interesting factor added to the visit and it has nothing to do with the war. The main tunnel (about 100M long,) had been converted to an underground fish farm (now redundant) and you can only proceed if escorted by one of the very knowledgeable and charming female guides. Tanks line the length and width of the tunnel and the only means of getting through is by walking along a VERY narrow walkway, situated above the tanks with only a rather low and flimsy handrail on one side only to hang onto if you need it. You will be glad to know that none of the tanks have water in them. However, This part of the visit is not suitable for disabled people or young children. The whole place is not particularly wheelchair friendly either and for visitors who are afraid of banging their heads, safety helmets are provided at the entrance, free of charge.
