The perfect day out with Markis, best day of the tour

点评：We had the most wonderful day with Markis! He picked our group up from two different locations in Chania, and nothing was ever too much trouble. From the moment we met him, he made us feel completely relaxed and welcome.
We wanted a flexible day exploring the beautiful Apokoronas area, with a few places already in mind, and Markis was the perfect guide. He shared so much interesting local knowledge and great recommendations while giving us the freedom to spend as much time as we wanted at each stop. It felt like spending the day with a knowledgeable local friend rather than being on a tour.
From Kalami to Gavalochori, every stop was beautiful, and the whole day was easily one of the highlights of our holiday. Everyone in our group had an amazing time.
One thing we especially appreciated was how Markis always had the van lovely and cool for us whenever we got back in after exploring—such a thoughtful touch in the Cretan sunshine! It's those little details, along with his kindness, professionalism, and genuine passion for Crete, that made the day so special.
