Fantastic writing retreat
A Place To Write的点评
点评：This was my first experience of a writing retreat, but it won’t be my last as most of our group will be back next year!
Everything about our few days at A Place to Write exceeded my expectations - comfortable rooms; a beautiful setting; so many areas to write, both indoors and out; wonderful food, perfectly catered to meet everyone’s dietary needs; our lovely hosts, Nic and Wendy; the great group of people I met and am still in regular contact with; and of course the writing activities!
With our daily goal-setting meetings, writing activities, independent time to write and opportunities for 1:1s with Nic, as well as a brilliant 1:1 meeting with Emily, I really felt I gained a lot and grew in confidence as a writer. Our candlelit reading session on the last evening was lovely and I enjoyed all the post-dinner activities - especially the categories/alphabet game! 😄
Whether you’re a new or experienced writer, looking for a tutored or untutored retreat, I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
