Hacienda La Esperanza的点评
点评：Llegamos a la Hacienda La Esperanza alrededor de las 10:30 a.m. (según su sitio web, abren de 8 a.m. a 4 p.m.) este pasado Martes 12 de Febrero y fuimos recibidos por un guardia, quien nos informó que no podían dejarnos entrar ya que no había suficiente personal. Inmediatamente sugirió que regresáramos otro día. Le expliqué que manejamos un poco más de dos horas para llegar allí y que era extremadamente decepcionante que debido a problemas de personal no nos permitieran entrar luego de haber echo tan largo viaje. Pregunté: ¿habrá suficiente personal en el futuro? y su respuesta fue “no podía estar seguro de eso”.
Estábamos muy entusiasmados con poder visitar la antigua hacienda y su falta de personal/consideración nos arruinó el día. Espero que en un futuro sean más consientes y mantengan sus instalaciones con personal adecuado para poder atender a todo visitante. También les sugiero que si están teniendo dificultades para poder atender el público lo informen en su página web y/o redes sociales para que así todo aquel que esté considerado visitarles tenga esto en mente. De lo contrario les sugiero que no habrán sus puertas.

We arrived at Hacienda La Esperanza around 10:30 a.m. (according to their website, they are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) this past Tuesday, February 12, and we were greeted by a guard, who informed us that they could not let us in since there were not enough staff. He immediately suggested we come back another day. I explained that we drove a bit over two hours to get there and that it was extremely disappointing that due to staffing issues we were not allowed in after such a long trip. I asked: will there be enough staff in the future? and his response was “I couldn't be sure of that.”
We were very excited to visit the old hacienda and their lack of staff/consideration ruined our day. I hope that in the future they will be considerate and maintain their facilities with adequate staff in order to be able to serve all visitors. I also suggest that if they are having staffing issues, they inform them on their website and/or social media so that everyone who is considering visiting them has this in mind. Otherwise they shouldn’t bother opening their doors.
