点评：I rented a car. My flight arrived in the evening. Went through the rental process. When it came to insurance, I told them that I have car insurance that covers my rental. I was asked to download my insurance information. For some reason, using their website, I could not download the information
I have an app on my phone, and I showed them the information about my coverage, but it was not accepted.
I was forced to purchase their basic insurance, and if you figure the cost for a year, it is equivalent to $ 16,000.00. I asked them if I could have my broker send them a copy of the proof of insurance and make an adjustment to the contract. The associate told me that I could, but I would have to come back to the office.

When I returned, they gave the run around. I was told that I needed to wait and speak to the same associate, who has the evening shift, and would be there in about one hour. Spoke to a manager, that was a waste of time. He seemed to have very little authority, left hanging in the waiting room, and never came back.
I noticed that the associate I originally spoke to was walking around outside. I tried talking to him, and he ignored me. When he finally acknowledged me,
he advised me that I could renew the contract, but I had to pay the full amount of the first contract. Sheer stupidity.
I also got in touch with Ace, and they were a total waste of time.
By the way, my original quote was $335.00 for 4 days, but the insurance I was forced to buy my total came out to $551.00.
As a service company, they have idea how to treat the customers that pay their earnings. They were very unprofessional and did not treat customer very well.
