点评:STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN. Drivo car rental at the time of pick up no receipt issued. I was told I would get a receipt with detailed pictures of the auto I rented via e-mail. I never received that e-mail. I did receive an e-mail after return on rental claiming there was scratches which were there at pick up time, when I spoke to attendant Mr. Darvon and claims he noted that as we were going over the car. There are many goggle reviews claiming the same issues that customers complained about that was fraudulent. Issues like up charges on insurance not returning deposits in excess of 30 business days I received an invoice for damage for $1710.43 plus my $200.00 not being returned for 2 scratches that were there when I picked up rental. If you read other reviews, you will find Drivo has been sued for fraudulent practices and lost cases. I will be forwarding this information to the better Business Bureau which has many claims against this company
