Frostys Soft Play Centre的点评
点评：Over the past few years I have visited Frostys on many occasions with my own children and those of friends.
I have never had anything to complain about and have always found it one of the better soft plays in the Angus area.
However, I was quite disappointed at our most recent visit. We attended around lunch time so as the rules are that all food must be purchased on the premises, this is what we did. I should add, whilst I do understand this rule from a business standpoint point, you don’t provide any healthy options that are suitable for young children and infants.
I firstly was quite shocked at the prices but none the less - hungry children so we ordered some sandwiches to save waiting on hot food….£4.60 for a cheese sandwich - and it was processed cheese slices! No sides of salad or crisps or anything so the cheapest of the cheap produce for nearly £5. I hadn’t realised that I could have asked for grated cheese but later found out another of our party had asked for this but didn’t get it anyway….i honestly was shocked at the price for something so cheap to make. And it took longer to arrive than the hot food ordered by friends.
We also had some other disappointing and over priced food amongst that being the kids lunch box which costs £7.50, consisting of HALF a “processed cheese sandwich” again, a chocolate wafer broken in half, a party ring biscuit, a handful of cheese puffs and a bottle of juice. If there are going to be rules around bringing your own food then at least provide healthy, value for money food. Especially after paying £6.50 for a 1 year old to get in…
To top off our recent visit, a child was sick on the floor (obviously not the child’s fault) and the parents cleaned it up with wipes.
After someone pointed out what had happened it took the staff 20 minutes to actually sanitise the area by which point several children and adults had walked through it. Needless to say, our children’s socks were whipped off promptly on leaving.

我们还点了一些其他令人失望且价格过高的食物，比如儿童午餐盒，售价7.50英镑，里面又是一个“加工奶酪三明治”，一块掰成两半的巧克力威化饼，一块派对圈饼干，一把奶酪泡芙和一瓶果汁。如果要对自带食物有所限制，那么至少要提供健康、物有所值的食物。尤其是在为一个1岁的孩子支付了6.50英镑入场费之后……
更糟糕的是，我们最近的一次访问中，一个孩子在地板上呕吐（显然不是孩子的错），家长用湿巾帮他擦干净了。
有人指出发生了什么事后，工作人员花了20分钟才真正对该区域进行消毒，当时已经有好几个孩子和大人走过了。不用说，我们孩子离开时，袜子都被迅速脱掉了。
