点评:We were hesitant about visiting as you never know if it will be ethical but we tried it. It was 200thb (roughly £5 per adult) walked in and were immediately greeted by the staff and taken on a private tour of all of the snakes and allowed to hold snakes and scorpions, this was fun and interesting. The staff were really knowledgeable and it was a great lesson about the snakes. Lots of amazing snakes there and the site was better than expected.
It was then the king cobra show. which is entertaining but i felt like it was teasing and tormenting the snakes to get a reaction for the sake of the show. I’m not an expert not sure if this is fair to tease them every day
Overall it was enjoyable, the tour was better than the show. The cages could be improved as they are a bit bare and empty, more trees, logs etc for the snakes but they aren’t awful and better than a lot of things I’ve seen in Thailand and SE Asia.
The staff are friendly, knowledgable and real experts, but the show probably stresses the snakes unnecessarily
