点评:We purchased the access through our TUI rep at the hotel and were advised that we would have our own check in desk, fast tracked through passport control and security, access to hot and cold food, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks and escorted to the gate. Reality was ….
20 minute wait at check in desk as no one there - the people on the same coach had checked in and through security before we had been seen to.
No queues at passport control or security which was no fault of the staff, just your pot luck.
Once in the lounge there was no hot food available, a very small selection of cold stale rolls and no alcohol available.
We didn’t use the toilets but you could smell where they were before seeing them.
We were asked 3 times which flight we were on but when the board changed to “Go to gate” we were sat for a further 15 minutes before asking 3 staff stood at the reception desk if we were to make our own way or not. We were told yes and ended up boarding as one of the last 6 people as the rest of the flight was already on the plane.
To summarise this has been falsely advertised, the service and selection available was certainly not worth £52 per person!
A warning to anyone who books this with TUI if you request a refund for the above you are refused due to them being “used” tickets, the wait at check in is down to “breaks”, the lack of options available is “apologies for your experience, we’ll pass on your feedback”. Not even a good will gesture, or even a voucher that can only be used with TUI just point blank refusal of any reimbursement.
My recommendation to anyone looking to book this DONT spend your money on a choice of overpriced hot / cold food at one of the two outlets available!!

我们被问了三次航班号,但当指示牌变成“前往登机口”时,我们又坐了15分钟,然后才问站在前台的三位工作人员是否需要我们自己前往登机口。我们被告知可以登机,结果却成了最后六位登机的乘客之一,因为其他乘客都已经登机了。
总而言之,这次旅行的宣传完全是虚假宣传,提供的服务和选择绝对不值每人52英镑!
我在此警告所有通过TUI预订此航班的旅客:如果您要求退款,他们会以机票“已使用”为由拒绝退款;办理登机手续的等待时间被解释为“休息时间”;对于几乎没有其他选择,他们只会说“很抱歉给您带来不便,我们会将您的反馈转达给相关部门”。他们甚至连一点补偿措施都没有,连一张只能在TUI使用的代金券都没有,就直接拒绝任何退款。
