点评：I bought a one way ticket to sunny beach that costs 60 euros. then i waned to change it to two way ticket which costs just 70euros. (Only 10 more). It was 4 days before departure and i tried to contact the costumer service, i rang 5-6 times and got no answer, at the day of departure the staff girl called them on private number and when i shared my situation i got the “buy another ticket answer and she hang up. She was rude and she didnt want to hear my story..
they just waned me to pay again, no matter if i bought the one way ticket by mistake.. no help, no understanding, just ignorant and rude answer..
and on top of that, the driver said to me: well get off the bus ill give you the money back.. (we were already on the road)
They were ready to drop me off in the middle of nowhere..
So bad experience, i would not recommend it to anyone.. they care only for money and not your satisfaction..

这次体验糟透了，我绝对不会向任何人推荐他们……他们只在乎赚钱，根本不在乎顾客的满意度。
