Croton Point Park的点评
点评：I've gone there almost every year for 7 weeks each summer. They used to have a very nice pool. Closed since '09 for structural damage. Used to be able to get down to the river (not talking about the beach, which is closed a lot)--walk along, fishing. All closed up with park rangers kicking you out all because 2 people drown in 2016. They reduced maximum stay to 2 weeks in 2016 which was lifted the next year. Used to pay for the site when you arrived, now when you book. Still a nice park, but nowhere near what it used to be (for me anyway). I think most people come there for reasons other than to just enjoy the park (visit relatives, do the NYC tourist thing, long term folks like myself -- I play in band concerts each summer further South). Croton is convenient-- Yosemite it ain't. Just a nice park.
