点评：Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff. Two men in the pool swimming underwater and touching multiple women including myself twice then talking about ‘getting another one’ to each other whilst laughing. When we confronted him then security they appeared completely unphased with the attitude of it being a normal occurrence. They said they would not do anything and the women were all adults and because I said that was not right and the men should be removed they told me I would have to call the police and escorted me out along with people we were with. Luckily it was not just me who tried to stand up for themselves. Security then surrounded me at the front desk, quite aggressively ripped my wrist band off and stood, refusing to let me leave until I had paid a drinks bill of over 300zl! I tried to explain that I had only been to the bar once and ordered 3 drinks (not 16 which they were saying was on my watch). The police then arrived as they had multiple calls including from myself. They had the two men and were talking to them, three different women all gave their accounts. The police were asking me when I was going home and for my ID, they told me they couldn’t do anything because I had alcohol and so it was my fault this happened! They told me to go back to Krakow and report it in the morning and when I asked for a reference number or something they said I didn’t need one. The two men were able to leave without any consequence.
Be aware if you are going as part of a trip with young girls and children as I believe this is a regular occurrence with these men!
The staff are not helpful, not supportive and need a lesson in how to deal with people and complaints rather than being rude and trying to brush it under the carpet.
Avoid at all costs, there are much nicer, safer spas in Poland!
