Unexpected yet planned surprise
Ouray Alchemist Museum的点评
点评：I would say this was a wonderful experience. It was not exactly what I expected as a study of Ancient Alchemy, so when I realized there was an alchemy museum...I thought it might have been tailored more toward the ancient practice and philosophy.
However, I just showed up unannounced not knowing that there was supposed to be an appointment made first and I got ahold of the owner and he put everything aside for me and my girlfriend to give us a few hours of his time and a guided tour of his museum.
I was truly impressed at his knowledge of old time medicines, history, and knowledge in general when it comes to the history of pharma and old time medicine from the 1800s til present day.
I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to visit this place and the time he took out of his day on the spur of a moments notice, to open his musuem, and his mind to give us this experience.
Highly recommend.
