Do not honour all that's included in the price / poor health and safety practices.

点评:My mother purchased a snowboarding day for my son. He really enjoyed it but during the last hour, fell and hurt his wrist. He therefore didn’t want to return for a while for the practice session that is included the price. I’ve called today to ask for it to be booked and was advised that normally it needs to be booked within 6 months of the day session but they would do it as a ‘gesture of goodwill’. No where within the purchase details does it say it needs to be booked within 6 months either way, they then retracted it and said as 12 months has passed, he won’t know what to do anymore and therefore can not use the practice session. I asked if I could pay for it to be upgraded but despite the injury (due to rough slope) they couldn’t do that and I would have to pay for a lesson separately. At a cost of £110 this is appalling customer service. They also neglected their health and safety duty in actioning a follow up phone call post his injury. They simply didn’t care after all, they’ve got the money- that’s all they cared about.
