点评：This is really an update. I have to agree with other people who noticed that the signsage was poor. I set off from Chesterfield and all was great for a few miles passed Rother valley park. It started going wrong when one sign pointed me down a mile and half into a bramble strewn dead end. Cycled back up the hill, go the phone out and made my way to Rotherham. Where it totally broke down. I was being directed 3 different ways. Checking one out that took me "back" to Sheffield, Meadow Hall. At this point I'd cycled just passed 27 miles!! If I had come straight from my house via the road, it's only 12 miles to get me to the same place.
Getting to that junction in Rotherham and the 3 same Trans-pennine Trail signs should have had clearer details. I wrote to the Trans-Pennine body about it, considering they had spent millions of pounds doing it, but their reply. ZILCH
