点评：Due to a Morris comp taking place at the venue. I took pleasure in visiting the pool, spa and sauna during this time I had left my belongings in my bag zipped up in the female changing rooms on my return I discovered that my black crocs I was wearing at the time of my arrival had now gone missing.
I reported it immediately which may I add, had no support during this time from any staff members. One staff member assured me a manager would check the CCTV, I asked to put a complaint in which they handed me a accident /incident book, I filled in what I could but this was not the protocol to follow, after my issue still not resolved with no support for anyone I then had to use my personal phone to contact the police as it was now a matter of thief, no apology and no empathy, they never ask to take my details incase the crocs was found, I had to request they wrote them down. upon speaking to another guest I learned that this was not a sole incident. I recommend anyone visiting not take any personal items and lock your shoes in the lockers.
