Awful birthday experience
Octavia's Sensorium Day Spa的点评
点评：I was so embarrassed that I took my sister with me to this spa for my birthday.
The food were stale and oily , the robes were dirty and had a smell. The beauty therapist kept on trying to sell things to us while getting our treatments done and we couldn’t relax at all .
After our massage our body’s were is so much pain . The beauty therapist aren’t hygienic at all and that caused us to have a breakout in our face .
My whole birthday was ruined! The staff were very unorganised and have poor time management skills. We were supposed to be at the spa for 3 and half hours but ended out being there more than 5
I had other appointments to attend that day and planned accordingly to the time that was given to us and because of their bad time management skills and lack of planning, I had to miss very important appointments.
I would never go to this spa again . What we paid for and what we received was definitely not worth our money
And I requested a refund and the manager isn’t at help .
They don’t see the urge of the situation
Even our mani and pedi got ruined and smudged.
