点评：The reviews are true—this is a sketchy area, it's rundown, it's creepily desolate, and I was looking over my shoulder the entire time after reading about how quickly the professional car thieves work in the area. Yes, it offers a unique and beautiful (if you can look past the graffiti-laden industrial park that surrounds it) vantage point of the arch and STL skyline, but do weigh your options on whether or not going is worth it. If you are alone (especially a solo female), if you planned to Uber (most of em don't even go over there) or if it's dark out, do reconsider visiting this area. If it's daylight, you're traveling with company, are aware of your surroundings, have a vehicle that won't get a busted tire from the rough state of the road, and can move quickly then go for it. Just stay vigilant.
