Warner Hotels Heythrop Park Spa的点评
点评：The saving grace is the Aircon which is available nearly everywhere from bedrooms, bars, bars, public rooms.
It is a long walk for those with mobility issues but during the heatwave this is great bearing in mind the history it's a classy place.
The green egg b-b-q experience was poorly advertised with a mention on the web and a handful of leaflets in the travelling duke. They should consider making a point of mentioning it in theatres and bars leading up but to be fair the coach parties will have their own agenda. The BBQ experience time is 12 noon until 4 pm. As we were unaware of the BBQ we walked up and asked about it as it ending we asked where else we could get a snack as the bar snacks were suspended in favour of the BBQ and were directed bistro, they had closed, then directed to other bars and the orangery which was also closed by this time "hangry" was setting in being tired and thirsty. Eventually we were served, watching from the window we then noticed the BBQ was still up and running and the salads were still uncovered which is a food & hygiene regulations contravention.
The pool itself was too warm and the pool attendant said it has to be that temperature to activate the cleaning chemicals which is laughable as the jacuzzi is outdoors and the outdoor pool at Sinah Warren is not kept as hot but is still safe to swim in. The pool room is uncomfortably hot.
As our holiday was coming to an end we went to the holiday shop and booked a stay at Sinah Warren unfortunately after leaving Heythrop get a phonecall from Georgia, Sinah Warren who said the room we booked was double booked which should have been checked by Heythrop with a phonecall. This call threw us into a spin the call was cut short because of poor reception.
More training required.

泳池水温太高，泳池服务员说必须达到这个温度才能激活清洁剂，这简直可笑，因为按摩浴缸在室外，而Sinah Warren的室外泳池水温虽然没那么高，但游泳仍然很安全。泳池房热得让人难受。
假期即将结束时，我们去了度假商店，预订了Sinah Warren的房间。不幸的是，离开Heythrop后，我们接到Sinah Warren的Georgia打来的电话，说我们预订的房间被重复预订了，Heythrop应该打电话确认一下。这通电话让我们措手不及，而且由于信号不好，通话很快就被挂断了。
需要加强培训。
