点评:First thing to say is Brighton Dome is a lovely venue. We attended a concert on Monday night, fablulous! Decent drink prices and minimal queuing. My gripe is your staff on the merchandise stand. We travelled from Derby to see our favourite band and decided to treat ourselves with some merch before the performance as we knew we wouldn’t have time afterwards. Your staff are incredibly rude, officious and unhelpful. We purchased a good amount of stuff and innocently asked for a bag. The answer was “no bags, you can purchase a material one for £15” We could see there were paper bags and had also seen others with them. When we enquired we were told they were for “VIP’s” only. As we knew we would need to be off straight after we asked if the items could be saved behind the counter for a quick getaway, the reply was “we’re not a cloakroom you know!” Yes, I can see that. We were happy to buy a “paper VIP bag” but, no, not allowed. So we basically ended up like contestants from Crackerjack throughout the performance. The tone of your staff was one of not my problem, get over it or buy a £15 material bag. A recap of customer service is required by your staff who are paid to sell merchandise on behalf of your performers.
