Completely Overpriced and Deeply Disappointing

点评：We are a family of 5 with three kids aged 11, 13 & 15, and we visited Lake Mountain Alpine Resort along with another family on Saturday, 18 July. Unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations.
There was no natural snow in any area except the artificial snow in the toboggan section. Charging the full price of $69 admission under these conditions is totally unfair. The resort charging $33 for tobogganing even for a child just over 6 years old is way too much.
Additionally, several staff members were dismissive and appeared in a hurry to close the area. We were not allowed to take a final photo, which would have taken less than a minute. The toilets were locked at 3:30 pm while visitors were still present.
Overall, the combination of high pricing, limited snow, and poor customer service made the visit disappointing for both families. We hope you will review your pricing, communication, and closing procedures to ensure future visitors receive a fair and enjoyable experience.
