点评:As someone who is very claustrophobic, I was so worried about the warnings on this tour that I lost hours of sleep and almost didn't go--Boy, am I glad I did! At no point in the tour did I feel trapped or claustrophobic. As long as you are mobile and can do steps, everything felt very safe (all the staircases were solid and had great handrails). There are first aid kits and call buttons about every 1000 ft in the cave. The tour was interesting and breathtaking and I felt surprised and sad when it was over (surprised because it felt so short!). We had 13 people with 7 children ages 4-14. The 4 year old was a little nervous with the darkness, but was fine after the first set of steps. The steps are mostly down in the first 20 minutes. After that, they gradually ascend. Definitely take the optional 96 steps at the end - it is the most beautiful part of the cave. Only one part required ducking for about 40-50 feet but still felt open. If you are nervous, stop reading the scary sounding disclaimers and just book the tour. It was well worth it!
