点评：Ok for price we paid on Groupon but average at best .
Group of friends got a Groupon for spa day and afternoon tea , at just under £20 each you can’t complain at that price .
We arrived and again changing rooms have one cubicle ! Was quite busy as only small pool area and within 5 min of arriving an aqua class started . Not sure why this wasn’t mentioned to us . We joined in and it was quite good fun .
The spa facilities are very small but adequate . We had afternoon tea booked but as a sunny day decided to get a coffee outside before we went for the tea. The girl on reception who seemed to have numerous jobs sent us to the bar . Took an age to get some drinks . For a big hotel hardly any staff anywhere .
Afternoon tea , 2 of our group couldn’t make it but we had paid for them so asked if we could take theirs home . The bloke who served us said no problem . The teas arrived . Talk about stingy few tiny sandwiches each . One scone each , couple of tiny bought in cakes . Place was incredibly quiet . When we came to leave he bought our take away teas in 2 ice cream tubs !!! Couple of tiny cakes , no scones and few tiny sandwiches . We asked if any scones and he went and found us 2 with no jam or cream .
No wonder this place is always on froupis . No staff , everything mediocre at best and not trying to impress anyone in the slightest. We had a b nice day due to the company . Save your money and go elsewhere . This is second time I tried it as sometimes places have an off day . For a big lovely looking hotel it needs more staff antry a little harder . Place was ghost town with no atmosphere at all .

下午茶，我们一行有两个人没来，但我们已经付了钱，所以问他们能不能把他们的带回家。服务的小伙子说没问题。茶就送到了。每个人只有寥寥无几的小三明治。每个烤饼一个，几块买来的小蛋糕。餐厅里异常安静。我们离开的时候，他用两桶冰淇淋买了我们的外带茶！！！只有几块小蛋糕，没有烤饼，只有几块小三明治。我们问有没有烤饼，他去给我们找了两块，没有果酱或奶油。
难怪这家餐厅总是卖水果。没有员工，一切都充其量只是平庸之作，丝毫没有想给任何人留下好印象。因为有公司，我们度过了愉快的一天。省下钱去别处吧。这是我第二次尝试，因为有时餐厅会有休息日。对于一家看起来很漂亮的大酒店来说，需要更多的员工，更努力一点。这个地方就像一座鬼城，一点氛围都没有。
