点评：I rarely write a bad review, but had to on this occasion.
Appalling place. Used a Virgin Experience voucher gifted to us & feel we wasted it. I'll be informing Virgin, this place should not be on their selection list.
Room (49) had stained carpets, ripped carpet in doorway, peeling paint and a filty stained duvet (we only discovered this because the weather was so hot we took the cover off to use as a sheet). No air con (understandable in an older building) so basic fan supplied. Lamp hanging off the wall in the bathroom & a spotlight out.
No mini fridge & no safe which are usually standard in decent hotels these days. There was a large dead moth on the hallway carpet for the duration of our stay, the carpets were never vacuumed & were covered in stains thoughout. Shabby. Spa was vile. Couldn't find a locker that actually locked!. Jacuzzi tired & grills all broken. All very grubby, only stayed in about 15 minutes & just had to get out. No robes or slippers provided, just one towel. When showering, I put it over the glass door & when I took it off to use, it was filthy. Made me feel sick. Had to dress wet & shower back in the room.
Our room was overlooked by a corridor in constant use, so we had to leave the curtains shut at all times.
You had to go hunting for staff for drinks, reception & any other service for that matter.
Food mediocre, breakfast disappointing - again only one member of staff as was self service so tables weren't cleared.
The only positive thing I can say is that the girl in the treatment area of the spa who did my manucure & pedicure on 15/07/26 (I regret not taking her name) was really lovely, professional & too good for the place.
When we checked out, the receptionist hardly lifted her head & didn't ask if we had a good stay.
Don't deserve any custom here.

没有迷你冰箱和保险箱，而这些在如今像样的酒店里通常是标配。在我们入住期间，走廊的地毯上一直有一只死掉的蛾子；地毯从未被吸尘清理过，到处都是污渍。环境破旧不堪。水疗中心也很糟糕。我甚至找不到一个能真正上锁的储物柜！按摩浴缸破旧不堪，上面的栅栏也全都坏了。整个地方脏兮兮的，我在里面只待了大约15分钟就不得不离开了。酒店也不提供浴袍或拖鞋。只有一条毛巾。洗澡时我把毛巾搭在玻璃门上，拿下来使用时却发现它脏得要命。真让人恶心。我只能湿着身子穿衣服，最后只能在房间里重新洗澡。
我们的房间正对着一条经常有人行走的走廊，所以我们不得不始终拉着窗帘。
想喝饮料或需要前台及其他服务时，还得费劲地去寻找工作人员。
食物水平一般，早餐更是令人失望——同样只有一名工作人员在场，而且是自助式服务，所以桌子也无人清理。我唯一能说的优点就是：2026年7月15日，在水疗中心做手部与足部护理时为我服务的那位女孩真的非常可爱且专业；她的能力完全配得上更好的工作环境。
退房时，前台工作人员几乎没抬头，也没问我们住得是否愉快。
这家店根本不值得光顾。
很遗憾，我无法上传那些触目惊心的照片供其他顾客查看；不过如果酒店方面感兴趣，我很乐意通过电子邮件把它们发给他们。但我对此表示怀疑！
