点评：" we have visited the property. It sits in a quiet private neighborhood kind of in a fish bowl like setting with houses looking down on it. It has multiple houses on site, a pool, some farm animals and some gardens. It's maintained okay. The house has been fully remodeled all of the bathrooms and electrical redone. There is a nice caretaker and the owner does not live here and uses it for rentals. It's a perfect place to stay for a quiet weekend but definitely not for any sort of commercial use such as a wedding or a birthday party. We spoke to two neighbors and feel VERY badly as to what the neighbors are going through. The property has been running illegal commercial events including weddings and parties. This is against all short-term rental regulations on Airbnb and VRBO and is against San Diego County title 8 code. The neighbors made it very clear that this has been very disruptive and most upsetting. One 98 your old neighbor who lives below the property, had their house shaking so badly dozens of times and the property owner wouldn't do anything and he has already had to move and sell their house for a large financial loss while another neighbor has tried to move and can't sell their house and another neighbor next door is 80 years old that doesn't know what he's going to do. Another neighbor has an autistic child who has been acting out because of the amount of noise and parties from this house. The property is nice but the property should not be disturbing The neighbors with illegal commercial parties and events. So we told the neighbors that we would make that very clear in our review. Thank you for listening and for making this a quiet short-term rental situation but no parties or events etc be kind to your neighbors it's the least you can do when you're intruding on somebody's life."
